Erratic Turn Signal

I started having issues with my left turn signal yesterday. Sometimes it blinks really fast and other times it does not. Originally I was going to replace the bulbs but now I am not so sure. Could a relay be going out?

might be loose contact by the bulb... with electrical is better to start with simple and move upward... try changing bulbs on that side (sometimes filament inside bulb is burnt and make contact erratically... also check fuses (just in case), next I would look for loose ground cable. After all those have been revised then move to the relays (blinker)

Thanks, I'll do just that when the weekend gets here.

Swap the bulbs from the other side of the car. That way you know if its the bulbs without buying new ones for no reason.

Thanks, I replaced the bulb a couple weekends ago and forgot to post. One of the filaments on the front bulb was burned out. Everything works like new. Well at least the bulbs anyway .......

It is possibly going to be back tomorrow with the new tranny and an added ATF cooler.

Hopefully. I could have gotten a new car, but to tell the truth I really love this car.
