Engine/Trans stumbles on acceleration

I can't figure out it this is an engine issue or trans issue. I have a 03 CL-P with 103k. I just performed the 105k service outlined in the manual. I didn't notice any improvement in drivability. When I take off from a stop the shift between first and second gear is pretty rough. Almost like the injectors are clogging . It happens about 90% of the time and isn't that bad but annoying. If I take it to a dealer are they gonna charge just to look at it or is this covered in the warranty?

what spark plugs did u use? try seafoam in the intake, oil, and gas tank, if u just changed your oil, then skip the oil treatment process for now.

if the "shift between first and second gear is pretty rough" ...umm, well i hope you have about $3500 saved up for the new tranny.

I really hope this isn't the case for you man, but this is how it all started for me... :-(

BTW, in your 105k service, did you change trans fluid or anything like that? i just ask b/c i had mine changed thinking i was doing good, then about 2 weeks later, my trans died on me...

Well the 105K mile service is the timing belt too....

Did you do this also? If so, could be a problem with the timing belt install and being off a notch or two from TDC causing the issues.

Let us know what you did for the 105k mile service and that can help.
