engine guru's got a good question...

during the process of determining my engine was bad ...my insurance company found a replacement engine...the whole engine not just short block or long block ... but they kept refering to it as the LKQ...does this make sense i had only heard our engine refered to as J32A

Make sure they give you a J32A2 not a CL-P. cause that can be LKQ

not all the labor...it's concidered a betterment issue they can drop a whole "LKQ" engine in and i want a new short block , that requires more labor.

I see I see, well that flood must have been some sort of unlucky but lucky occurrence then. Good luck on the new motor!

Damn I wouldn't mind a J32A1 --> 3.5 swap.
{mental note: must blow motor! or drive into lake, whichever comes first}
