i have the same exact problem. its driving me crazy. i get misfire codes from time to time aswell.

It was a BG Induction Service Cleaning.

I had that problem and found out that it was an exhaust leak in my flex pipe which may have been giving the o2 sensors bad readings. Once I changed that out, everything was perfect! Hope that's the fix for you guys too.
