Engine compatibilities

Hey so i found an engine for my car 85000 miles couple hundred bucks problem is my car is a 2001 acura cl with 3.2l premium the donor car is a 2003 acura tl with a ulev engine will it work? Will i risk any power loss torque loss and differences in computer wiring harness mounts ETC...

Shouldn't be an issue at all considering they're both J32a1 motors. I'd resuse your original engine harness since used motors usually come with hack up wiring.


What's wrong with your motor & how cheap is this other motor?

What's wrong with your motor & how cheap is this other motor?
i blew my first engine at 247xxx by lettin a stupid gasket drain my oil out it locked up on me 😭 new engine cost $300 80xxx😃

Really can't go wrong for $300. Make sure you do the timing belt service.

gonna take a look at a second engine this one is 100xxx for 250 wish i could throw a type s in there or a better engine and of course make it 6 spd but oh well
