Emergency! Help with adjusting coilovers

Hey guys my car is jacked up right now...can i adjust my tein ss coilovers by just jackin up the car? and how do i use those wrench looking things that they give me??? please help anyone

im such a noob sorry

yeah you can do it with the car jacked up, just read the instructions, it is easy just dont know how to explain it easily to you. Sorry

turn the seats the directin you want them to go, up or down, once the top seat is in the position you want, turn the bottom to against it to lock.
