emanage questions

What is everything that is needed to have emanage blue in a 01 clp ?
Also how much power could be tunned out of it ?
1)N/A with all the bolt-ons.
2)N/A all bolt ons and 100shot.

from my understanding u need a lot of mods and then some.. to make it worth ur while.

I think the most ppl have seen with it is like 10hp on n/a.

since u need a tune and all the pieces to make it work, I don't see it's validity. Plus there is the issue of our ECU overriding the setting. (dunno if this happens to all of the management systems) but it is a prevalent concern

Does it come with basic maps installed so its easy to get started or is every single thing have to be adjusted from scratch ?

u start from scratch (to my knowledge)

that's the real bitch part.

if u buy one used, then u can use part of the old map they have in it, but that only if u get a used one.

get the pnp harness and take it to a dyno shop, plug it in when ur their and then tune it.

emanage, pnp harness, wide band o2 sensor for accurate tuning

Don't I need a suport tool cd ,usb to usb cord too.
Or does that come with the emanage.

The support tool cost $100, it comes with CD and wire.

Honestly, there isn't so much you can do in the emanage to even need a base map. If you dig through the forums, there's a thread about correct jumper settings etc...

i can send u a copy of my support tool and a bunch of folders worth of tuning info ive compiled over time.

also has instructions on making your own emanage cable. mine worked flawlessly

yeah f/ic 1910, Paul tried to make one for me as well and kept throwing the crank position sensor. That was not a jab at Paul fyi I am just thankful he tried to help me out. A guy named Don from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IijIjN8Cuy4 I sent him up a 1910 and 1911 model

Don with RPM is damn good. I haven't checked the thread out lately, but he was working on cracking the ECU.

Don is just waiting on some o2 simulators to come in the mail, then he will finish up the harness. I hope he can pull it off.

I've been looking around at emanges again so I would bring this back again with a couple more questions.
Is it true that the emanage uses your factory ecu setting as a base ?

And is there a way to clear someone else's settings if was used on a differnt car ?
So it would basically be fresh.
And how would I know if I was getting one that would work with my car ?
I've seen 15500500 is the number for our car but,when I ask seller if this is what they have they always give me a # that starts with like gs something.
Anyone running blue in there cl and can tell me the #'s on the unit ?
