ECU reset question

ECU reset question
I have a question..

its been like 8000kms since i made my last oil change.. but my maintenance light did not flash yet... but i remember having reseted my ecu.. last 2 weeks.

Does my car still remember my % of oil life or i have new oil when i reseted?

It has nothing to do with ecu reset. Or oil. It's a mileage dependent idiot gauge.
