Ecu?

Cost Drivers!!!!
Yes. You should reset after you install the intake. The ECU is constantly readjusting so it will optimize to your driving style.
If you haven't reset it after the intake then i suggest that you do so. Disconnect the NEGATIVE terminal by losening it with a monkey wrench. Make sure they wire isn't near the terminal and then just go into the car and tap on the brakes to drain any charge that's left. Let sit for 1 hour. Reconnect the NEGATIVE wire and then start the car. Turn the car off and then turn it back on again and let it idle for 15 minutes. Then drive it like a bat out of hell and make sure you drive hard in the upper RPM range where you hear the CAI.
If you already reset it then no worries. You won't get any gains by reseting unless there is something odd with the way your car is functioning.
FYI, if you are going to reset it then remember to have the radio and navi codes on hand.
