So Monday the 9th of September, I got in a fender bender with my first gen CL. It was rush hour traffic and I was going less than 15 mph when the guy in front of me slams on his brakes for some fucked up reason. I hit him of course...His car was completley fine. My hood bent up like a pyramid (triangle actually). One of my lights was smashed too. Bumper just needs to be repainted. My car really looked like it was in a bad accident, but it really wasn't and all of the witnesses couldn't believe the damage. So I take it to the dealer to get fixed on Wed. the 11. The guy told me 2 weeks max. Well this past week, I have been calling the guy's number and kept leaving messages. One time I even spoke to the operator (instead of calling his direct line) and she transfered me to his desk. Never got a call back, so today I complained and found out the guy no longer works there. They wouldn't tell me when he stopped, but he never finished the car. I also don't know how much work was done or if any was done. So now another guy is doing it and i must keep waiting...

Eclipse23 had a similar story with his M3 not too long ago (diff. was he was buying, I am fixing). Why don't buisnesses call and tell you their workers "no longer work for them?"

Should I demand a free rental???

Sussman???? Oh man, dont go to Sussman for service, esp in Jenkittown. Jeezus those guys, oh man, too many headaches. I feel bad for you. I went to them for service of my CLS and nothing good ever came of that.
