I have I/H/E and soon to have a pulley and I found this small town shop (Kenshi's Imports) about 15 mins away and he was saying to get an E-manage. I thought they used to be about $900+ but he said he can get them for $303 and then tune it for an extra $100 or so. I'm wondering would that be worth it if I'm not planning on boosting it? What do you guys think? I brought up the NEO and he said he didn't like it but it was just his opinion. Thanks for any input....back to work (DAMN IT!)

 

I don't know how much you will gain with a tuned E-Manage, it's mostly for CLs with blowers. I have seen good gains N/A with the Neo though.
