e-brake indicator light ALWAYS ON

recently i have noticed the the e-brake indicator light is almost always on...
when i release the e-brake the light stays on for about 10-15 minutes of driving...

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

if you have ... how did you fix it

Low brake fluid, or pads so worn down that it requires so much pressure/fluid that it triggers the light. Happened to me.

. . .or bad sensor in the cap. Lots of 2001 CL-S's and Accords had this problem.
