OK, This is a dumb question, but I have yet to put on the nose bra on the car and was figuring about doing it eventually. I read the instructions, and it says to wax the car good on the nose before putting the bra on.

Now the ? is, I have been a Zaino freak ever since i've seriously detailed the car (not that you could tell now, but I digress) anyways. Is it OK to Zaino the crap out of the nose instead of using regular Carnuba wax? To protect the front end?

 

Yes....and I wouldn't put a bra on your car. Bras get sand and road crap trapped underneath them which vibrates and moves and ends up damaging the paint underneath instead of protecting it.

 

Every week I remove my bra to wash the paint underneath and to rinse the underside touching the paint. As long as you take care of your bra and paint by keeping it clean, it will protect your car well. My front nose still looks new!

Zaino it before you put it on. I have one. Just use it for road trips. I know a few people that keep theirs on all the time with no problems for years.

 

Zaino will not protect your paint if sand/rocks get under the bra. It's good stuff, it's not a miracle cure.
