Drivetrain Ticking
Has anyone noticed that, sometimes, there is a light ticking noise coming from the front of thier CL-S. I was told its normal for all cars to do it sometimes.....Is this true??????

Without having the car here to listen to it 'd say you are most likely hearing the fuel injectors click.Though they are small in size they do make some noise.Other noises that can be heard are various emission control solenoids doing their jobs.Best bet is to stop by your dealer. The important thing is to demonstrate the noise then both you and the dealer personel are on the same page.If the noise is considered to be abnormal the dealer can go ahead and correct it if it is deemed normal then that is that.Jens

Nicky - yes, I've got the same complaint. I've had mine checked by the dealer twice, they say it's normal. I say bullsh!t. It sounds like valvetrain need adjusted, big time. Really noticable after car is at NOT (normal operating temperature.) Neither my Civic Si, or Accord valvetrain was anywhere near this noisy...
Jens - will you and Wayne please transfer you a$$es to Acura of Columbus ASAP!? PLEASE
