Driver's seat back pannel detached

Was cleaning my car today, and noticed that my driver's seat back pannel has become detached from one side. Anyone had this problem, will dealer fix it under warranty? I found TSB regarding this issue.

I'm having the exact same problem as well. I've tried pushing it back in but it just won't lock into place at all. I'm going to mention it to the dealer when I get my next oil change done.

It looks like there is TSB(www.nhtsa.com) regarding this problem on our cars. So I really hope dealership will know exactly how to fix it. I also tried pushing it back, but it does not wana attach... I wonder if they will fix passenger seat as well, cause it might be only a matter of time befefore it becomes detached just like my driver's seat.

Just found this old thread below. There should be no problem at all for us to get the problem fixed under warranty.

Haven't heard of that problem for a while now. I had it on my 01 and they fixed it under warranty. Pretty cheesy plastic press on clips for something that is supposed to hold stuff.

When I brought my car in recently, the service advisor told me about the TSB and they did the work. I had no problems at all, they did it preventitively.

Then again, they did the same for the brakes.

Thanks goodness for a great dealer. Now they even do Honda service, so I will bring my wife's new Odessey to them.

Currently only my driver's seat back pannel is detached, should I ask them to do my other seat pannel as well to prevent future posibility?
That's good news, I feel better already.

You should...I did not have problems, and they replaced both parts.

How long did it take to do the job? Is it something quick you can get down during oil change, or you need to leave your car for a day?
Thanks

I think it was quick, but they had the car for a whole day anyway to fix the cruise control.
