Driver headlight fogged up

We've had rain and lots of humidity lately and I noticed my headlight is fogged up bad, even has tiny droplets of water in there. I'm hoping it is when I switched to Silverstar turn bulbs that maybe I didn't tighten the bulb housing right. I'm checking it today.

I put Silverstar turn bulbs at all 4 corners. it is an iridescent clear bulb that when off reflects silver blue or amber at different angles. when on it is amber but diff from stock.
almost has a very slight green tint, I guess from the blue and amber mix. but it's a bright amber. I put the rears in yesterday. see my avatar.
I like.

I have this problem every now and then with my 01 (headlights not cleared though).
With the original headlights that came with the car, I noticed there looked as if there was a film on the inside of the housing. Took it to the dealer, they replaced both housings. The new housings now were fogging up whenever I wahsed the car, so took it back to dealer, and they replaced them again.
Now with the newest set, I notice they only fog when I wash the car, after having driven it for >20 mins and the engine is nice and hot, but it usually goes away withing an hour or so. The other day it was raining like an SOB here, and the car sat out at work, when I came out, I noticed the drivers housing was starting to fog at the very bottom. I don't know what my dealer does, but they just can't ever seem to get anything perfect.

I assume it is the bulb socket not sealed right. I've never done anything to the housing. How do you dry it out, mine has a lot of moisture in it, more than just fog. It is humid here today and sprinkled a little. I'm assuming the heat from the lamps causes the moisture.
I thought about removing the hi-beam to let it dry out? Don't know.

It was happening to me . I figured out that the housing from the top had a seperation in between the plastic that had no sealant on it. maybe they didnt put enough on it but what i did was I used a sealant and just covered the part that was missing from the original sealant. It was very very easy to fix and inexpensive . Just pop the hood open and look at the light housing. Good Luck
