Try to take a bumpy road with your hand press against the window glass (upper conner) to if the noise goes away.

I just had my door light pin switch replaced cause it was ratteling. I know that's on the other side of the door panel, but sometime rattles can be hard to trace.

I guess you can take the door switch out to see if that's the reason. it's a $13 part.

It's the black rubber piece that the door hits when shut. It's not on the door, but when the door shuts, the door hits this switch and that's what tells the car that the door is shut.

If that is the case, you have to find out the fix for yourself. I believed and verified with the dealer, no part is defective. Just the bad design. The window channel is not tight enough, thus, the glass moves around causing the squeaking noise. You can try to stick some clear thick tape to the top of the glass so it doesnt move as much.
