door panel question

i've already searched for instructions on removing the door panel but i have a question. how do i unscrew the screw under the arm rest? i own a 2003 cl type s and under the armrest is a hole maybe 1 inch deep; is that where the 2nd screw is? i've already removed the screw where the door handle is.

The door panel? or the rear panel?

TO remove the door panel, there is a screw under a cover on the door handle. Remove that, than slide the handle back and pull it out. Remove the metal rod (this is what opens the door). Then just start at the top edge by the hinge, and gently pop the clips off.

You don't need to remove it to get the door off.

Im an idiot. Yea, there is one screw right in the middle of the arm rest that deos have to come out.

My memory sucks ass. I've done this so many times and I still can't remember how to do it

Its a regular medium size philips head scew. Most screwdrivers should be able to reach in there to get it.

be very careful not to scratch the trim on both sides of the door when putting in the door panel again, that panel has that nasty little strip of chrome trim on top that is sharp on the edges and deadly to the plastic.
