Hi - I've searched around for the answer but can't really find it...
I was wondering if the new navi updates (like 2.11c) update the interface as well? (cooler looking buttons, maps, etc...) or is it purely updating the database of streets, POIs, etc.?

That’s basically all it does. I have the latest version and besides the updated roads and the ability to see Schools and Govt. buildings on the map (shown as red dots) it’s still the same interface.

 

I don't think you can get much cooler than our interface without getting too fancy. There's different, but is there really better?

 

I think he might mean like what’s available in the new TL, TSX and MDX. Granted its still the same basic interface but it definitely looks a lot cooler and has some new features.

To be expected though from a newer design and larger screen.
