If you stick your foot in it, you will pay the piper.

If you drive at the same speed, you might acutally gain some gas mileage. The gas moves easier in the Comptech header, this reduces gas/energy losses. The CAI and headers should give you better mileage when driving easy.

(just my opinion)

I get on it all the time with headers (I did it before getting them too) and haven't noticed any decrease. My all time record for gas mileage (near 35mpg highway) came AFTER getting the headers and was when driving slowly (65mph). Previous to the headers my best highway gas mileage was about 32mpg so I agree that if you keep your foot out of it, you may even see a ***slight*** increase in mileage. I don't notice it being any worse with a leadfoot though.

just my .02

The headers give you BETTER gas mileage. My highway is around 33-36mpg driving around 75-80.
