Does the dealer have to pay??
I leased my CL-S about 10 months ago and i have about 15,000 miles on it. And lately ive noticed the steering wheel vibrating. I can tell my brakes and rotors are the problem. But does the dealer have to fix this under warranty? Or do you have to pay for this? Cause i made an appointment with my mechanic to get everything taken car of but i will hold off on that if the dealer will do it free. Thanks in advance.

The dealer just resurfaced my front rotors and replaced the pads 22,000 miles and 15 months. They said my pads were in good shape indicating I hadn't abused them so they covered under warranty. They called it a 1 time good will thing. Whatever. So I guess its up to the dealer and how hard you push once you get into the higher mileages.

As I understand it, Acura is aware of this problem due to a Technical Service Bulletin from the manfr. to the dealers. Let 'em machine them once, then if they do it again (warp) demand new rotors and pads. They'll replace them if you complain. WTF-the dealers get reimbursed for work done under warranty so why wouldn't they do it?

I just took my car in for the 7500 and had them look at the brakes. I complained that my rotors were warped after 5500 miles and I don't abuse them. They said "ok" and resurfaced all 4 without question. If it happens again I'm going to demand new rotors, other wise down the road if it happens again there won't be enough material left for another turn and I'll be screwed into buying new rotors once warranty is up.
