As far as I know, Acura never released that info. I did read that in a mag once and have never seen it before.

I know the coeficient of my 1990 Accord is 0.28. I would think the CL is a bit better than that due to its smoother lines, but it does have a larger frontal area, so maybe they are about the same...?

isn't 0.28 incredibly low? drag is a funny thing, smooth lines don't necessarily give you better #'s, like the lexus LS430 has one of the best coefficients of drag out there and that things a beast of a car

Frontal area is important. Also if you notice Lexus vehicles (and low drag vehicles) have a teardrop shape. A flat underbody is important too, that exhaust hanging from you car will cause drag.

Our CL's cd is not that low, higher than .28 for sure, but it has a very effecient engine. City/Hwy = 19/29, where IS300 & GS300/430 has .29 cd. But their engines are not that efficient. Is300 = 18/25, GS300,430 = 18/24, 18,23 respectively.

This may also be due to final gearing too, who cares, what ever works

CL & TLs are pretty good packages.
