Does anyone know... [2003 CL Question]

Hey all! This is my very first post here...
I'm a few weeks from buying after months of research. When I started I was looking at the 2001 CL Type S, then the 2002 came out and now the guy at the dealer yesterday told me they'll call me before the end of Feb for a 2003.
Anyway, test drove the car and it met all my expectations but I've got some questions I'm hoping someone can answer:

1-) The turn radius sucked on the 2002 I test drove. My 1992 Camry turns tighter (when parking, not driving!). Is this addressed in the 2003 model?

2-) I *hate* the parking brake down on the floor. I've seen pics of the 2003 manual with the parking brake up behind the shifter where it belongs. I don't drive manual (I know, no flames, please) so, will the auto have it up there as well?

3-) How does the CD player handle CD-Rs?

4-) I'll be going for a silver ext/black int with a spoiler and the nav. system. Any suggestions on good price ranges from owners? Options I should get/skip?

Anyway, any help you all can give would be appreciated! (In case you didn't notice, questions 1&2 is me trying to justify getting the 2003 rather than the 2002 )

1. I have driven several Camrys and I would not say that our car;s radius sucks. FOr a scports coupe, actually, it is not bad. The Camry is a family sedan and it is acceptrable for it to have a better turning radious.

2. The auto has it where the 01 and 02 models have it. At the bottom.

3. I have not probs with CDRs with our player. I got an 01 car and I dont assume the 03 will have a different radio/CD.

4. Visit www.edmunds.com and look at the TMV price.

What he said.

If you're not wanting the manual, you'd probably get a better price on an '02, especially after the '03s come out. Other than the stick option and a few *small* cosmetic changes, they are the same cars. If you like the new lights, for example, it may be more economical to get an '02 and upgrade to the '03 parts.
