you can buy those style of tips from generic brands. i think i remember finding the actual porsche tips before and they were ridiculously expensive.

Its a simple process really, shouldn't cost you anything more than $70 bucks at a welding/exhaust shop!

Do you think that shop still has them laying around?
What the name and # to the shop maybee I can give them a call or if its in/near Miami i can have my boy go over there and pick a pair up for me!

I found the tips for $150.

Dimensions: 6" Wide x 4" Tall on Big Outlet and 3.5 on small. Inlet size 2.25"

Will that fit the CL-s cutout, I dont have the car with me so I cant measure it right now.

I think $150 might be a bit too steep...

But yes I'm sure they will.

The front bumper is a modified R34 bumper.....it was originally meant for an accord.

That's funny...I was just looking at that and wondering about the fitment from Accord to CL.

Then I kept comparing the Essarak's to the kit I found...and they looked the same.

I was going to have my 6th Gen Accord buddy help me measure our two front ends

See what it would entail to mod. that on to mine...

It takes alot of work bro...especially around where our bumpers go up around the sides of our grill on the CL. What is bad about the whole thing, is once again....its all fiberglass. So after you got all of the work done, and you hit something, or someone hits you....all that work that you just did and spent $$$ on would be lost.

Those muffler tips from Schnett look cheap, as the other outlet is just a second piece welded to a true tip......no go in my opinion.

Well that's the problem.

If I could find that in ABS...yeah worth it.

Otherwise. :thumbsdow

But it looks so sick...

Probably just continue on with the lip kit.

^ Yep! Believe me, I have had an all fiberglass bumper on my Cl around 4 years ago.....it looked good for the first month, then after a few dips in the road, random animals, parking lots, and so on....I had to fix the bottom lip around 6 times over a year. I took it off and went back to the stock look. With all the money wasted on the bumper, fitment, sanding, painting, then refixing, sanding painting, etc the six other times.....I could have bought a CT supercharger! LOL

Ok...this is taking the thread off topic again...

StonedCL.

But look...

Here it is on the CL.

Here it is on the Accord

^ Doesn't look so good on the Accord...

Considering how that looks...this one might look better.

Actually I like the last kit...it's not as "ricey" as other kits and kind of carries the look of the road lamps opening which I like.

The lines are clean and there are two spots for fog lights.

I think he means that he doesn't think cheaper models (Like Hondas...Civics) look good with this extra stuff (body kits, etc.)

Higher model cars are complimented with kits where as cheaper models are not...

Am I right...?

Ok that might be what he meant.

I dont think of Hondas as lesser that acuras. Hondas are great cars and just because they don't carry a sticker price as high as an Acura doesnt mean they dont look good with kits or other mods

Underground Hip hop/trip hop/instrumental music I create.

Went to San Francisco State for Music Production after I was signed to a record deal back in 2002.

Not as active as I used to be.

Used to do shows, open mics, weird events...

Still signed and I release albums every year or two on iTunes and through some of other misc. publishing stuff.

Used to work with others but everybody started flaking so I do everything myself now.

Produce, write, rhyme, scratch, play instruments...one man band you can say.

That's the reason I haven't done shows in a long time...no stage presence.

I have a new album coming out shortly (supposed to be done by now!!! ) and many people are excited for it...which is always good.

It's called Dragonfly Meditation. < Shameless Plug

If I could ever finish...would be my best album thus far.

Correct! I just think bodykits in general leave a horrible taste in my mouth because of all the riced out Si's and civics and preludes etc that I see almost on a daily basis..

Although the other day I did see an S2k with a chargespeed body kit and OMG..

Porsche style tips man, if you like them, go for them. I'm going to be rocking the stockies until I find a good enough comptech-like replacement without actually having to go competch

Thanks...I was curious where that style came from.
