Okay, I was curious myself since I plan on buying a bookcase soon.

Here's some rough measurements:



The passthrough is roughly 7" by 10.5"
so in THEORY you could jam a box 7" x 10.5" x
9 feet in the car.The passthrough hole is a bit tilted, tho, so don't push your luck with any of these measurements. =)
