I'm asking this because everytime I connect my door speakers with my aftermarket radio harness my subs stop working. but the door speakers keep playing music. I have everything wired correctly is there some reason bose factory speakers won't work with an aftermarket amplifier for subs? I'm really confused

 

Factory amp is in trunk behind the trunk liner on passenger side.

 

There are harnesses that utilize the bose amps with the aftermarket decks.
