Should get a loaner?

I just made an apointment online for oil change plus some extra repairs:

Warranty Repairs:
- Strange issue with volume controls on wheel: ^ and v volume buttons reverse, or sometimes the track skip switch
- Rattling sound from the center console: The joint down low on right side of the console where the hard plastic from the console's rear meets the soft plastic of the console's front.
- Rattle from the rear center brake light housing when high base.
- Rattle from driver window at the top back, where it meets the door, always when closed.

Released September 19, 2003:

Product Update: Timing Belt Auto-Tensioner - 2003 3.2CL: From VIN 19UYA4...3A000001 thru
19UYA4...3A009883

Safety Recall: V6 Engine Water Pump Recall - 2003 3.2CL: From VIN 19UYA4...3A007392 thru

If your car is getting recall stuff I'd say yes. If it's just an oil change i'd say no.

Yep, but I think due to recent recalls, you need to reserve a loaner instead of getting a Enterprise rental.....

I've worked at 3 different dealerships (ok, never a Acura) and standing policy was all customers get a loaner if the wait is more than 1 hour. If all the shop's loaner's were taken a vehicle was brought over from the used lot. I guess service policies are different at Chevy and Ford from Acura. Also if you lived within 50 miles the service writer came to you with a loaner and brought your car in. If towing was necessary it was on the house! I've worked at Bob Howard Ford, Pruitt Ford and PA Chevrolet and all had the same policies. You guys are buying up market cars and you're getting worse service than a 16 year old girl bringing in her Cavalier for 15,000 mile service! Ya'll should bring this up with the Acura North Anerican Headquarters or something.
