Do you have to reset the seat memory function?

Does it need to be reset after disconnecting the battery? The reason I ask is that mine isnt working. I turn on the car and hit a the button and nothing. Cant even set a new memory position. Is there a fuse that I should check or something, or is it time to go to the dealer?

Yeah I just realized this last night. It's been like two weeks since I d/ced the battery when modding the intake, and I've been wondering why it wasn't working.

You need to reprogram it. Turn the key on, make sure the car is in park and your foot is off the brake- set the seat where you want, press the red button , pres and hold memory 1 or 2 till it beeps, then release. That should do it.

You probably need to reprogram the car/keyfob. I forget the exact details but the procedure is in the owners manual.

You need to reprogram everything, seats, radio, etc. You only have a few tries with the radio too so make sure you have the code handy.

Yeah..Don't forget to reprogram your remote, for your Remote entry system, After you have saved the memory seat inside the car, press the unlock and lock buttons together, and it should remember how you programmed your seat.

BTW..You get 10 tries for the radio code, and if you don't get it in 10 try's then you have to wait for 1 hour before you can enter the code again.
