I got 01 CL-S. Any time I brake the car my wheel is shaking. I had 15450 miles on it. I took it to the dealer and they said that it is my fault that rotors bad. They said that I braked to hard on the car. He said that it would cast me $250 for new rotors and pads. I talked to Service manager and I said that I am not spending dime for the car that I have purchased 6 months ago. I said that Acura should think about any issues that might happen with brakes, that people drive different. I said that any time I am driving off the freeway I downshift intead of braking. So he said OK. He reserfaced my rotors and put in new brake pads. Do you guys think it is fair, or not?

 

take it back to your acura dealer..and they might replace them for free..as covers under the warranty...some of our cls members here have the same questions too..and they got replaced for ree...try...that might save u some money..

i second that! i had 13000 ish and they covered it for free. do a search tho and you'll find alot of stuff.
