Do we have to get alignment kits when lowering?

Looking at getting the Eibach pro kit. I know that we should get an alignment done after lowering, but do we need to get any kind of alignment kits?

Thanks

Some do, most do not. After install have it checked to see if it can be brought to within specs..

I wonder if it is really a fact that you need to get alignment done after spring install. Does anyone know for sure?

Do it! For $40-50 to get an alignment, you're looking at the "very high" probablity of distroying your tires very quickly.. YMMV

No question about it.

It needs to be done after a drop.

How long have you had the springs now w/o the alignment? How's the car handling?

So basically, if it cannot be brought back to specs with only the alignment...then you need to get an alignment kit?

wait a week for the springs to settle...i waited 2 weeks.

then go get an alignment.

some springs are not supposed to settle but still do anyways, so just to be safe wait a bit.
