Don't try Steven's Creek either. I heard the Sales Dept has gone downhill since my sales guy left. He is at Pleasanton Automall now. Figures they are getting better with their customer service. If anyone is looking for a Lexus or Acura at Pleasanton call the dealer and ask for Eric Hanson . Bought two cars from him in the last two years. Just tell him Chester Referred you. He has given great pricing for everyone I referred to him.

ENGAGE MY VTEC BABY!!!!!!
i had a bad experience with them too
when i took my car there for servie they told me it was the bolt was missing from the sensor that took them no longer than 5 mins to install and charged me 2 hours labor and i disputed it and told them im not paying it, since it took like 5 mins and they said they have to charge minimum of 2 hours labor, and i said bs and told them to call acura of modesto and talk to them cause i know the service manager there persoanlly anyways, it ended up being my bodyshop that fixed the car that paid for it since they repaired that side but still it was frustrating and horrible and their sales guy i thinnk it was Tom i gave him my number cause i was interested in the new TL i told him to call me on a price, he did but then he proceeded to call me 3 times in one week after i talked to him that one time so 4 times in one week
thats being overpersistent and i hate that, if i was interested i would have called you i said when i hung up on him the last time he called, he never called back
