Do I need wheel alignment?

when I had my car at the dealer at 20K miles, the dealer told me that they recommend to do wheel alignment every 20K miles to make sure I am getting good wear and tear on my tires. ( They wanted $80). They told me that I still have even wear on both of my tires, but they still recommend it.??
My car drives perfectly straight on a highway ( does not go left or right ). Do I really need this???? I was thinking I could wait until I switch to new tires and get wheel alignment as well.

If you don't have uneven wear and the steering does't pull, then you don't need alignment. The tire stores generally do a better job than most dealers because they do it all day long. For 4-wheel alignment, the cost is around $50 to $60.

Whta he said, just loot at the tires do you see uneven wear? do you feel that your car pull to one side if you leave the steering wheel while driving straight on a flat surface? decide for yourself.
