Does anyone know if my car should have a heated lumbar section of my seat or seats? I thought I heard that the drivers seat was supposed to have that, but I have noticed that mine doesnt work. Can anyone help?

the lumbar itself isnt.


but yes the entire drivers seat should be heated.

My next trip to dealer and they are going to have to check the drivers seat back. Back of driver seat has never heated like the bottom does. Purchased 3/1/01. Of course it was 78F today.

wait you said the back of the seat is supposed to get heated???????? i always thought only the bottom was, i never felt the back get hot, you sure about that?

thats what i thought man, i read somewhere that only the drivers seat was fully heated... but others are saying that only the bottom is. the dealer said that its only fully heated in the TL's (which is true cause i am driving one now as a loner cause my car is in the shop).... SO FOR CHRIST'S SAKE... does anyone know the real answer because I know that mine doesnt heat up and I want these schmuck's to fix it if it is in fact supposed to heat.

ALL drivers seats are COMPLEATLY heated. Passengers seats are only heated on the bottom.

Drivers seat is totally heated. Never been in my passenger seat.
