I was thinking about taking out the nasty amber piece in the head lights and putting in bluish light bulbs (not sure which one but open to suggestions. Would cops in NY pull you over for having blue turn signals? Also, I read in a post that cops have a problem with the blue bulbs when its turned off. Why??

Also, the part right above the turn signal has a amber light bulb but I'm thinking about changing that also. Can't decide on what color to change them to? Either leave it yellow, or bluish white to match the HID?
Let me know on your opinions.

Just as long as it blinks white. Cops would only bust you if they're out to bust your chops. I used to have blue bulbs that blinked a dark blue. I was waiting at intersections all the time making left turns and a cop would be coming the opposite direction and nothing happens.

So not to say you won't get a ticket, but its not totally illegal.

I'm from brooklyn but most of the time in queens. You said that you USE TO have dark blue turning lights, why did you get rid of them? I'm also thinking about getting everything from polarg, what do you suggest? I'm thinking about the M6 for the road lamps. Don't know about the corner and turn lights.
