Sorry for stupid question, what is the difference between VSA & TCS?
As I understand CLS has VSA, and CL has TCS?

TCS is on both models...VSA compliments TCS in the Type S...there is also an extra channel for the brakes...TCS is simply helping to regain traction...VSA helps recover the car in instances of over/understeer

Yes, and TCS assists traction on slippery pavement when travelling at speeds under 15-25 mph, or something close to that...

In this case it means that VSA light indicator is hooked to both VSA and TCS? Cause in winter when my car skids, VSA light comes on.

YES, on CL-S, VSA and TCS use the same indicator.
