difference between canadian CL and US CL?

difference between canadian CL and US CL?
i saw a page w/ sway bars for my CL. It said canadian CL only though. IS there a difference?

in the AC controller head it is a difference of 1 sodder so probibly very little dash plates controller head and maybe tires or something.

Only differences I'm aware of are a speedo that reads in KMH & daytime running lights. Everything else exactly the same AFAIK.
I'm talking CL-S, the CL-P isn't available here.
