Is it worth the money? does it do any good performance gains?
Do you really feel the need to change the plugs at 30k miles?

i think there is a three horsepower gain or something. I saw the dyno graph on acp.com and it shows a gain of like 11hp but i think that the intake must be included in that dyno. Since, most of the dyno's on this board have shown an increase of 8 hp with and intake i would attribute the difference to the plugs. I have asked a few people and they say that they can feel a difference in the throttle response. Xenon7 indicated that people with CAIs really feel more of a gain than those without a CAI; Since the CAI is bringing more air etc.,

Spiro

you mean it can not hurt.

I dont think changing the plugs will give you any more preformance, unless you are running nitrus or have many mods.
