Deck Height

Is the deck height on the j32a2 and the j35a5 and the j30a4 the same....i have read that the 3.2 is a bored out 3.0 and the 3.5 is a stroked 3.2. Now going with, if A=B and B=C then A=C.....if the 3.5 crakshaft can fit into the 3.2 can it also fit into the 3.0, if what I sated before is true? Also, that would mean all three have the same deck height

Do a search for details, this has been done before.

As I recall you also have to change rods and pistons if you put the long stroke crank in a 3.2.

from what i understand you just need rods and crank from an mdx to stroke the 3.2 to 3.5

i know that one, but i have the j30a4 engine. 02av6 did the swap in with the oddyssey crank and rods and rl pistons, i believe. But i want to do the j30a4 with the mdx crank and rods with my stock pistons.

yea but i think 02av6 used the j32a2 block, i don't think you will have enough clearance on your motor.

i'm sure it's more than just deck height or else the accord guys would leave their block and head, but as far i know, they need to swap both in order to get the 3.5 in there.
