The asking price in the correct range for the miles, year and equipment on the car. The asking price on mine when I bought it in 5/2006 w/46k was $18200, and I don't have Navi. I was able to get the car for $16500 w/tax but this was from a Honda dealer.

Nice find. Make a reasonable offer if the car checks out.

Yes IMO. Offer 17K and see where he goes. I have that same car (but Auto) and I think dropped that 6sp will look great. Trust me everywhere I go I get compliments. Appears to be a car taken care of. You'll get the usual " I got one with 3 miles on it for $5" BS but if you ask me, that's a nice car. Just my 2CW.

Seems about right for a navi 6spd with that mileage for a private sale...

Yeah that's priced right. It has good Toyo summer performance tires as well.

One thing I noticed that you might want to check out is factory warranty ends at 4yrs or 50K miles whichever comes first not 60k miles and usually when you get an extension its for more than 10,000 miles. So I think he might be mistaken on that.

Not too bad with the navi. Might try to haggle a grand or so.

Great car, but I'm biased. Seller may have an extended warranty or it could be a certified Acura meaning you would be the third owner. I love mine. I've got 42k miles on mine, bought it with 7500 miles.

This is the 6 Speed Navi CLS to get IMO!
except maybe red/black or white/black 6speed Navi combos, but
those are really rare, you'll probably never see one of those.

The 6 speed production #s are pretty well documented. This car is 1 of about 137 Anthracite/6MT/Navi if I remember right. There were only 800 6speeds made with Navi, 2700 6 speeds total.
