Dealer Visit Yesterday

so i'm hearing a kind of clunk noise when coming out of or going into low and high driveways. (slowly by the way) i think my OEM shock/struts may need replacing so while i'm getting my oil changed i ask the service rep at Cush Acura to take a look see. i lowered with Eibach Pro Kit and did not replace shocks/struts at that time. only had the springs on about 6 months.
anyway the dealer tells me that they can hear a rubbing noise when they test drive it. i have not heard this noise. but he tells me they have a machine they can hook up called something like an 'ear' for suspension and it cost $90 bucks just to hook it up!!! i say yeah right

i'll find some other way to figure it out. any ideas?

Sounds like the service writer wants $90 to confirm what he's already heard his or herself?! Is there more than one sound, in your opinion? If it's under warranty, hell no. If it's not under warranty, I'd pay the $90 IF the service writer would ensure that all sounds were eliminated; however, the more time they spend, the bigger the bill at the end. Is it necessary?

I had a clunking noise at low speed, turned out the sub-frame bolts were loose and had to be tightened. The noise happened when I would start to move as well, but not all the time.
