I took my car to have its oil changed and the damn dealer took off my license plate frame and put on theirs. I didn't notice until a few days later and I called back to bitch and they said their porters are under contract to switch frames and they don't have it anymore so they offered to buy me another frame or a free oil change. So for all the lazy ass people like me that pay someone to change their oil, be careful of your frame!

Yeah, I' had that happen on 2 other cars. Dealers are slime. Advertising IS advertising though. I just don't like the fact that they didn't ask. On one of my previous cars the "service" dealer was so much better than the place I bought it from, I would have given him my permission to make the switch. But he did it without asking me. That pissed me off, and off came his plate frame.

It was from my old car. It was a frame for the hybrid website. I don't see how they couldn't tell it was a frame I bought and not another dealer's.

I break the nose of the guy who did that to my car. Seriously... That's fucking wrong. I agree with the "taking a CD out of the CD changer" analogy. Man, that's the same as slapping a bumper sticker on your car. I'd be raging mad if I were you.

I had an ex-girlfriend bring her civic in for service one day at honda and the next month she got her cell phone bill and it had a 5 min call to flordia on it the same day the car was serviced. She called up the manager and they fired the guy who washed her car. And we live in maryland, so I don't how the guy didn't think she wouldn't notice the charges. So I always take my cell phone with me now, but I guess I need to start taking everything else out too.

Nope I got a free oil change instead. They threw it away the same day. The frame was less than $5, so I made out in the deal. But it is just the point that they took the crap off with out asking.
