Made an appointment with Springfield Acura And the lady I spoke to said that the uneven exhaust woudl not be covered becuase the car could have been hit. I don't want to start getting into an argument with her about it, how do I convince them that is hould be covered under warranty?

I’ve heard a lot of creative ideas on how to fix it yourself, but I don’t think there’s an “official” way that Acura uses.
Not sure, but I really don’t recall anyone getting this fixed by a dealer.
It’s probably within the allowable specs so they aren’t going to fix it.
My 2001 had one pipe lower and so does my 2003.

Bending the hanger to raise it will also bring it to the SIDE slightly.
I’m sure someone who fixed theirs will jump in here shortly.

Nothing is going to be perfect, but someone should be able to fix it so its not to noticable.
