DC Metro area people: Anyone need a new windshield?
I have a rock chip and a 9" crack in my windshield and it needs replaced. I will be using these guys: http://www.harmonautoglass.com/
They come to you. I'm thinking if a few of us did it at the same time we might be able to get a good discount. We could all pick a date and meet at a location that works for everyone and have them swap windshields. Let me know, i'm looking to have this done probably in 2-3 weeks. I want to wait till snow season is over so I don't get the new windshield blasted with salt/sand too badly (which caused the damage I have now).
Let me know!

Your insurance won't cover this? Comprehensive if I remember correctly.
I had to have mine replaced the end of last year and I only had to pay a $100 deductable and insurance covered the rest.

Are you happy with their service? Seems like they looked legit.

they are more than legit, they are Nationwide man... I watched their top installer do my car.... he was neat, clean and he told me every little thing he was doing to my car while he did it...
no complaints.. if I ever have glass trouble again, I will drive 2 blocks and go see them. .... or have them drive their van 2 blocks to me..
