DC Area Autocross 11/17 @ Six Flags

I'd like to see some more of you CL guys out! Time to test all those swaybar and spring mods!!!

Car Class: V6 = GS, I4 = HS

Salazar Racing is going to host its second autocross at Six Flags on Nov. 17th.
This is the 10th championship in the MWCSCC series.
entry fee is $25 for 4 runs.
there will be 4 heats with 40 cars/heat.

registration and tech inspection opens at 8am.
heats are scheduled to start at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm.
there will be course walk throughs before every heat.
loaner helmets will be provided.

pre-registration opens Sunday Oct. 27th at 8pm.

There is a mandatory work rule, which means if you run you MUST work.

directions to Six Flags:
Six Flags America is East of the DC Beltway on Rt. 214, Central Ave. From the DC Beltway, take Exit 15 East to the entrance to Six Flags America. From Baltimore, take I-97 South until it merges into Rt. 3/301, continue South on on Rt 3/301, cross Rt. 50, continue South to Rt 214 (Central Ave.), turn right (go West) until the entrance to Six Flags America. Please respect all traffic laws on Six Flags America grounds. This is a new lot and we need to show everyone our best behavior.

I have stock tires and never auto-X ed but i might drag Phi and go check it out

Please come out Joe.. many people run street tires.. gives you a better feel of what your car can do on the road and you learn more of your car's current limits of understeer and oversteer??

i have to run stx class...

im stuck with all the wrx's that handle my ass b/c of tehir stupid turbo's

im gonna be there tho

O yea.. How come you are in STX and not STS?

Also.. I know the event shows as full.. but put yourself on the waitlist... most likely you will be able to run...

i talked to craig garfield when i paid for the last one, and he told me that i was STX class. as far as i understand it tho, they are basically the same.

I may show up too, i'm getting the comptech camber kit on this weekend and aligned. I have the springs and stut tower braces, like to see what that 3,400 lb CL can do in the turns
