I have read up on past threads concerning this problem and even tried the whole rubber hood stop adjustment, but to no avail so maybe you guys have some new info or fix: the rattle centers on the drivers side and is a metallic springy sound over uneven bumps when driven over (only) on the drivers side, at highway speeds it can resonate and be continuous...I poked around under the dash and looked at all wiring harnesses, etc...could it be a switch in the door or a switch near the moonroof controls? It definitely is from that area...any help? BTW taken to dealer twice and no luck although they did get the moonroof sqeak...

 

any suggestions?
