Damn P1457! Help! Post TL Manifold swap with 1500+ miles on it
So I had my 09 TL manifold finally installed last week, after being sent a leaky lemon by Acura last year; finally they sent me a new one. This time I brought it to a mechanic to install and everything went smoothly. A oil catch can was routed as well. Nice install, engine ran perfectly with no engine light or vacuum leak (what I experienced earlier with the last intake). Engine seemed to pull harder and could feel the difference in power.
Anyway, I just moved to Philly from Texas (about 1.5K miles) without any issues whatsoever. Then two days ago, after doing errands, my engine light gives me the finger and decides to turn itself on. Autozone yielded p1457. Now yesterday after more driving I noticed a small vacuum leak (up and down we go) and a slight stutter while shifting.
So my plans.
1. Check all the vaccuum lines - it worked great for over 1500 miles
2. Spray TB cleaner
3. ECU reset
4. Mechanic...argh!
Any other thoughts? Thx, I need to get this fixed soon!

Whats up with RDX owners?

Spray TB cleaner around every gasket north of the heads and see if the revs change or you see bubbling. The lower runners are pretty fragile, so if you overtighten the manifold you risk cracking them.

Hey guys, turned the carbon and found a possible source at the oil catch can (needed to put a hose clamp on and reset the ECU). No vacuum leak issues t seems and engine light is off! Sweet! Thanks y'all for the input!
Now to deal with my new motor mounts.
