D5 Intensity

Mods, apologies if this belongs in the transmission forum but there is so little traffic there I thought I would get better feedback here.

I just had my transmission replaced and now I notice that the D5 light randomly and consistently dims and brightens. Its not flashing (as it did when my tranny died) but I definitely notice a frequent change in brightness. It seems to dim when I let off the gas or when I am at a stop and seems to brighten when I hit the gas but it randomly changes as well.

I did a search and did come up with much other than the light is a sensor for the ATF temp or something along those lines...

Is this cause for concern? Do I need to bring the car back to the dealer?

thanks...can't hurt to call the service advisor. I don't think its an electrical issue as none of the other lights have this problems. Ill keep it in mind though...
