Cut location on CAI for bypass valve

Does anyone know the best location to cut the CAI to install the bypass valve? Above or below the AEM sticker on the CAI? I heard that a band saw should be used to make a clean cut. I have not purchased one yet but I'am planning on it, Thanks.

get a xephyr intake, the bypass valve is included in the $185 price, and installed for you... IMHO

I put mine before the AEM Sticker...when cutting it..make sure you duck tape the two sides and leave a strip open where you are going to cut...cleaner cut and will not accidently scratch the finish...if you put it below the sticker then it makes the setting a little off because of the hinge where you bolt it on to keep it secure...if you cut below the hinge then the only thing holding your filter inplace to the tube is the tightener from the filter...Hope that makes sense
