Custom Trunk Stereo Mount -- how much is reasonable?

Custom Trunk Stereo Mount -- how much is reasonable?
I went to a shop today to get a quote, and I was told 150 bucks including materials and labor for a JL Audio-spec box, and custom work to blend/mold it into the trunk. Not fiberglass, but just MDF wood and carpet.

Is that a good price?? It's for two 12W3v2's.

Sounds right, my buddy was charged $150 for a custom box for his truck

150 is a decent price. make sure the quality of the carpeting is good so that is looks flush and not like a 2nd grader glued it on

yes, amke sure they use acetone to blend the carpet together at the seams, this makes it look like there are none, whih is the goal !
