Yea the second one is real nice. I still like the sema better. I dunno why, but i really like the gill section on the sema kit makes the cl look like a barracuda imo.

I like the second set better as well. The first set might look good without those two extra vents on the sides. I do like the tie in to the newer TL. In the second set, maybe reduce the cut line above the fogs a little. Very nice though.

I like the sema version. Very classy. Props on trying on a discontinued car.

I like the second one a lot, but I don’t know if I’d be able to buy it on a car that I drive in the SNOW.
Keep up the good work though. I’m sure you’ll sell quite a few of them here.

Figure every 10 people that say “HOLY SHIT I’LL BUY THAT IN A SECOND !!!” you’ll probably get one serious buyer.

RonDog, would you consider something a tad more conservative, yet still aggressive ?

1. Larger lower grill opening
2. Less fog light duct opening
3. Less buck-tooth, Z3 spoiler looks
4. Less crease line above fog lights.

Just my 2 cents, and I would buy this front if it was Eurethane...

I really like the second version better...I think it fits that roundness of the rest of the car.

version 2 looks way better than the sema imo.
what would a ball park figure be on a full un-painted kit?
what would the minimun threshold (guaranteed buyers) be to implement production?
looks REALLY nice... i would get it for the simple fact it makes the car look less outdated....

Charles, I like the lower lip, but the openings around the fogs and the middle opening are too tight. here's a 3d render of the Tl kit I was doing just to share:

Nice work... but it's a little too radical for my taste. Too bad you couldn't do something very close to the SEMA body kit.

Ron,
U're very good w/ PS, you know most TL owners are professionals w/ families (hence 4-door sedan), and your TL bumper is a too radical, like it came from MadMax (not meant to be an insult, just too aggressive & radical).

IMO, I think you would have a better TL market if your TL bumper design was more classy-conservative, are you willing to design something like the Audi RS8 or M5 bumper-ish ?

MMM.. not sure about the TL, looks like its ready to transform into Autobots? But I'd hit either Charles's or your versions of the 2nd picture.

here's the latest rendition, i just have to keep working on it until it has "it" and i feel like it's ready. this sin't something I would exactly rush to do, i have alot of investment in the wheels right now, but as soon as some profit starts to build I am goin to put it into developing these kits.

I'm a big fan of that latest pic......i feel like your design has more style and better looks than the versus kit.......not to ask too much, but have you done a 3d drawing of the CL with kit? Thanks man.

Would you develop a rear bumper & side skirts also, or no? I actually think the Versus side sills and a molded Versus rear lip would look pretty nice with the revised front bumper. I definitely like the look of the latest revision much better than the original. I would strongly consider buying it if the price is reasonable and build quality is good.

RONDOG great idea .. im really interested in this kit ... just a question though wouldn't it be easier and cheaper for you and us to just make a clean lip kit like the TL? Just a thought..
